  • For Hot Compress:

    Wrap in tissue to protect the cover from any residue. Pop in a microwave for 1-2 minutes in a medium high heat. Spot check first before putting into the desired area. Caution: It can be too hot. 

    For Cold Compress:

    Put in ziplock bag. Place in the freezer for about 40-60 minute or overnight. Remove from freezer and put it gently over desired area. You can freeze in the morning and it will be ready for your relaxation after long day of work.
