They are a 1.25kg in weight which helps to give you that weigth to massage you and give pressure to tired muscles. Great used as cold compress then hot compress for muscular injuries & strains.

Place in the microwave for:

Neck Wraps (Akbay) /Huggers (Yakap) /Medium (Lambing) - 2 minutes

Haplos (Body Wrap) - 3-5 minutes

or in a hot oven for about 10 mins on a clean tray or parchment paper. You may also steam it for 15 minutes or more until it reached desired hotness. Can also be used cold, pop in the freezer until it reached an ideal coolness.
