Incorrect orders - Our products have descriptions and please us ask anytime if anything is not clear as we do not do refund on incorrect orders. For example: you purchase the label sticker instead of the bottle. Labels and bottles are sold separately.

However if it is an incorrect fulfilment on our side - we sincerely apologise and will replace the items FOC with free mailing. For example: You ordered Thieves Spray and we delivered Thieves Cleaner.

Note that there is no need to return the items to us.

Defective orders - Please send us a chat or email with the photo of the defective item and will replace accordingly.
